Kolol starts partnership with Scottish school
Kolol primary school started a partnership with Monymusk primary school in Scotland. Cooperation between Kibet4Kids and the Gathimba Edwards foundation made this possible. The purpose of this partnership is first and foremost cultural exchange. Pupils from both schools will make drawings, write compositions, ask questions, make pictures and produce video's about their life in either Kenya, or Scotland. This will be send to each other, so that teachers can share the information with their pupils. Kibet4Kids thinks this is an ideal way for the children in Kolol to get to know another culture and to show the children in Scotland how life in Kolol looks like. Both sides are looking forward to this partnership.
In the mean time we are about to complete the next classroom (for class 5). We expect to finish construction in August.
